Permeable casings allow smoke flavor to penetrate. Cook final sausage to 160 temperature prior to eating or freezing. High quality casings that are string tied on one end. Each casing is 12" x 1 1/2" size. Hold 1 lb of meat each. Enough casings for 50 lbs of venison, beef, axis, exotic or other meat.
